Subscriptions are paid in advance by cheque, bank deposit or credit card.

Booking Sheet
Create a Booking Sheet for each of your resources - whether it's a community hall, shared work-area or sports field.
Users
As the Administrator, create Users. Each User can have their own login and contact details, with you controlling their website privileges.
Archive
At the end of each day your Booking Sheets are archived. This allows you to go back and see who booked what and when.
It also allows for usage statistics to be calculated.
Repeat Booking
Do you have Bookings that happen at a regular interval? With Repeat Booking you can create a single booking that repeats every one, two, three or four weeks.
Email 2-Day Record
At the start of each day we will email you with the next two days of Bookings. This is useful in the event that you temporarily lose connection with our website and you need to know what has been booked.
Moderators
As the Administrator, you can select Users to moderate Booking Sheets. This allows the User to Confirm or Delete bookings made by other Users.
