Terms of Service Agreement

The following terms apply to this document:"c2book.com, We, Our, Us" refers to c2book.com, its staff or representatives
"Administrator, You, Your" refers to a person that registers for an Administrator account on c2book.com
"Account" refers to any data stored in our database associated with a particular Administrator. This includes Billing information, Users, Booking Sheets, upcoming and archived Bookings.
"User(s)" refers to a person or people identified by the Administrator as having access to the Administrator's Booking Sheets.
"Terminate" refers to our ability to close your account and permanently delete all of your data stored in our database.
General
This agreement is primarily between us and the Administrator.However, individual Users must also comply with this agreement. Users use our service at their own risk and we have no obligation or liability to them.
From time-to-time we may make adjustments to our Terms of Service. It is the responsibility of the Administrator/User to keep up-to-date with the latest version of this document.
Our Services
We offer individuals and organizations the ability to create an online booking sheet to help them organize their resource.Free Account
We do not guarantee any kind of Support, Backup or Continuity of Service for Free Accounts.Organisations and Indivduals are limited to one Free Account. We reserve the right to immediately Terminate any Account that breaches this condition. We also reserve the right to ban individuals or organisations from further use of our services.
You must log in to our website at least once every 60 days, otherwise your Account will be treated as inactive and may be Terminated without notice.
Accounts (Paid Subscribers)
SupportWe offer excellent e-mail support, with problems generally resolved very promptly.
Back Ups
We regularly back-up our databases. We also offer nightly email alerts with a list of upcoming bookings for the next two days.
Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions need to be paid in advance. We will email you an invoice for our services, please pay by the date shown on the invoice (also shown on your "Edit Account" page).
If your subscription is not paid by the due date we reserve the right to Terminate your Account.
Continuity of Service
Our service is hosted by a very reliable and competent external hosting company. However from time-to-time there may be brief interruptions of service outside of our control. Resumption of service will return as quickly as possible.
Termination
We reserve the right to Terminate any Account at any time.
If we need to terminate a paid subscription, we will give the Administrator at least 30-days written notice via email. Any remaining subscription fees (calculated from the final termination date to the end of the subscription year) will be refunded to the Administrator EXCEPT when Termination has occured due to the Administrator or their Users not complying with this document.
Legal
1. Our ServicesWe provide a range of subscription plans to our online service. When you select to subscribe to any of these plans it is with your understanding of what each plan is, what you can expect to receive, what the costs are, and the payment terms.
We retain the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Our services all operate on a pre-paid basis. This means you must pay for all services in advance.
Subscriptions are non-refundable.
2. Usage
We are based in New Zealand and so we (and you) come under all New Zealand laws. You agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable New Zealand laws. If you wish to make a claim against us you must do so in a New Zealand court.
You explicitly agree that you or your Users will not publish through this service:
(a) any material that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, common law, or rights of others;
(b) any material that is libelous or slanderous;
(c) any material which is or contains anything obscene, pornographic, or offensive including links to such material
3. Liability
To the extent that the law allows us to do so, we exclude all liability to you and your Users in connection with our provision of services. We are not liable for the protection or privacy of electronic mail or other information transferred through the Internet or any other network provider.
We do not make claim that you or your Users will receive continual and uninterrupted service during the term of your paid subscription.
In no event shall we be liable to you or your Users for any damages resulting from or related to any failure or delay to provide service.
4. Privacy and Contact Details
We take your privacy very seriously. We will not knowingly disclose any Account details to anyone else, unless expressly advised by the Administrator of the Account.
It is the absolute responsibility of the Administrator to keep their Billing and Contact details up-to-date.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You agree to give us at least 30 days written notice by email if you wish to cancel your subscription. The remaining part of your annual subscription is non-refundable. On cancellation, all of your data will be permanently deleted from our database.
